First step was an interview with 2 employees of AB-InBev. They asked some general questions such as 'what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses'. After this, I had to solve a very small 'business case' but I hadn't prepared and it also wasn't necessary. The next step was again an interview with more in depth questions about myself and the requirements for the job. After this, I go the chance to sit together with someone who showed me briefly what they were doing and what my job would look like.

Entrevista
Interview was done in two rounds, there was HR person from the company and team lead during both rounds. I was contacted by hiring agency the company is using through LinkedIn, after short Skype interview I was invited to do the first round in person. I would say that the interview isn't about your experience as much as about how you fit in company culture.
