Easy to crack interviews particularly if you know more well. Several around and very very long drawn interview processes (7 months in my case). I did not see not much of people aspects. Infact HR failed to meet scheduled interview twice, which lead me to make my decision about rejecting the offer. My feeling was they are pretty nascent in world of new technologies. Offer was good, but just money can not be the deciding factor to join a new company. Lastly, my understanding was working hours are terribly bad. 11 am to 10 pm .... No family life. They are not much of believer for remote work. All these lead to my decision to decline the offer.
