For the case study, they are interested to see if you can cope with the pressure and give them numerical results. Quite often, they're not necessarily looking for the answer but more about how you deal with being in unusual and sudden high pressure situations. Make sure you know your background, history and future prospects of the company. They were very quick to get back to the candidates if we progressed to the next stage but comfortably exceeded the stated deadline to say it was a rejection. Having spoken to the other candidates, the ones to receive offers knew within 2 days but the rejected candidates had to wait a week. They have also given the same generic feedback which was not appropriate to some of us with the other 3 rejected candidates I have spoken to rather than tailored individual advice.

The interview came after the aptitude tests and also some AI interview questions. There was a networking session just before where you could ask lots of questions, the interview itself put you into different scenarios to see how you would react and how well you know the business.
