Selection process is divided into 7 steps. Starts with a cultural fit test followed by logical reasoning test. Then after filtering of resumes, they give a case study to solve. Simple enough, time is the only constraint. Then a case based interview happens, followed by some HR questions on telephone.
This is followed by a simulation game and final panel interview (For which you may need to fly out to foreign land)
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
