Selection process is divided into 7 steps. Starts with a cultural fit test followed by logical reasoning test. Then after filtering of resumes, they give a case study to solve. Simple enough, time is the only constraint. Then a case based interview happens, followed by some HR questions on telephone. This is followed by a simulation game and final panel interview (For which you may need to fly out to foreign land)
