Initial interview (recruiter) - good. 2nd interview (with people at company) - bad. Made it seem like a "man's role" and assumed by first impression that I couldn't do the job even though I had the same education as one of the interviewers. It seemed like it would be a very "bro-like" environment. Seemed disinterested in interview process, didn't sell the company and make me want to work for them.
