Reached out to Hiring Manager via LinkedIn. The scheduling for the interview was prompt, which was great. The first call with the Hiring Manager was about 30 minutes long. They went over my experience and skills. I was then asked to take a 4 hour long skills test on Hackerrank. This was a red flag for me, as spending 4 hours on my own without any kind of realtime feedback is asking for too much. But I decided to proceed anyways with the technical assessment. I asked the Hiring Manager what to expect in the assessment. I did not feel that I got a clear overview, but we were running out of time and since it was on Hackerrank I had a feeling it would be more based on data structures and algorithms.
There were 7 Leetcode style programming questions 2 multiple-choice questions. Most companies do these in person in order to be able to assess how the candidates approach the problem - it's already a flawed system, but Anheuser-Busch takes it one step further in the wrong direction by asking the candidate to do it in their own silo. As for the multiple-choice questions, I thought they weren't very precise in their language and the questions were not a good fit for multiple-choice format.
I did not score enough on the coding assessments to be moved on to the next rounds. The system scores you based on how many testcases your program passes. Overall, it was a negative experience for me. I wish that I hadn't spent 4 hours attempting to solve 7 coding questions on Hackerrank.
They are utilizing a cheap way to filter candidates thru Hackerrank - I'm not sure how this will end up working for them.

Never heard back on a decision to my application. They had me going through 3 different interviews after I had intern 2 summers with them. I wouldn't recommend this company since they seem to not have their HR communication in place.

There was an online technical evaluation with three questions on HackerRank. Following the evaluation, I had an interview with two software developers, which went well, and I was then invited to an interview with the director of engineering. This third interview was the worst since this person was talking over me and asking questions that I subsequently confirmed with industry professionals were ridiculous. After the third interview, I knew I wouldn't hear back since I couldn't answer the questions.

Phone interview scheduled by Paradox AI. Basic pre screening questions about job skills. Recruiter was HR and interview was not technical in nature. From here I was ghosted. Never heard anything back, and no response to follow up email sent. Based on this, I would not apply again or recommend to others.
