Very informal compared to other interviews in the area. One pre screening call from a recruiter then a sit down with the program manager. The Program manager already had reviewed my resume and had only infomal questions to clear up any jargon I had used that he wasn't familiar with. Asked no canned questions like, "How would you deal with such and such situation?" I really appriciated how they kept it focused on the work I was being hired to do.

The interview process was was a good experience. It covered the positions duties relative to my work experience and how they were related. There were no catch questions and was based on performance.
