Have to provide a deal sheet. First round all behavioral and experience based. Gauging for fit. Very conversational. With recruiter. Super relaxed traditional first round on zoom. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What deals have you done and what role did you play
(Pre-Pandemic) after a couple of screening phone calls, had casual 30 minute in-person conversation in a conference room. Was treated cordially but indifferently by front desk staff. There was a lot of traffic going in and out of the front doors by the waiting area. Got a free book from the bookshelf.
