Despite not getting the job, this was the best interview process I've ever encountered, mainly due to the great communication and support from their HR colleague, Lela Gascoigne. The interview itself was in AQ's London office, and was professional and enjoyable. When Lela let me know I didn't get the job, she made the effort to call me to explain the news, and share feedback. I was very appreciative of this, and would say that from first impressions AQ looks a great place to work.
