Applied at a campus recruiting event. Interview was scheduled about 2 weeks later. Interview was strait forward, behavior and overall having the team "feel" me out for the position. No set interview procedure but it was with the HR manager and Engineering manager at the plant. Very relaxed, very forgiving interview
