The process was very simple. A quick and easy phone call for about ten minutes, and then they set up an interview with 3 people, all of which were very nice and easygoing.
The application screening process was easy, The interviewers seemed nice and were easy to talk to, and they didn't ask about any technical experience. i heard back about a week after the interview when I got my offer.
