The interview process was extremely relaxed and moved along fairly quickly. They gave me an answer a couple days after the interview took place. The interview was mostly conversational, basically just a half an hour of getting to know you. I interviewed with a member from Human Resources and she was extremely pleasant.
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
