The process started with a phone screen with someone from the talent team. Then there was a conversation with the Sales Directors and then followed by a Conversation with the VP of Sales. If you pass all that, the final step is a presentation on what you would do during your first 3 months.

literally read questions off of a document, was somewhat dull, the person was more junior than me so made it a bit odd. Asked me a few repetitive questions, didn't have a ton of company insight for me.

Entrevista
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andela (New York, NY (US)) in January 2018. Everyone was really friendly along the way, the team was capable of moving quickly.
First up was a call with the recruiter. Next step was a Google Hangouts meeting with the Sales Manager and VP of Sales. Final step was coming into the office to meet the different parts of the team in person, mostly the Sales Manager & VP of Sales once more.
