Entrevista
I applied online and completed a proctored personality test. The second process was completing a home study curriculum and with testing at the end. Having completed that I was invited for an in-person interview. Most of the questions asked were behavioral and I also completed a written programming test. After a successful interview, I got an invite to a two-week intensive boot camp, which I long anticipated. The first week was more home-based self-learning while in the second week, I was assigned a product development project at the Andela campus. It was an individual project and I worked with programming packages I never used before. I made it through boot camp successfully and was recruited into the fellowship.

The process involved a personality test, a timed coding assessment in a language of your preference with about three questions, and a face-to-face interview with the recruiter.
I then had a technical interview.

I was reached out to by a recruiter. The whole process had 2 stages. The first one was an online test with single or multiple choice questions (these are often extremely ambiguous) and a tech task. Then you have a tech interview. The questions themselves were quite easy but there is another live coding challenge where you can't use an IDE or debugger. Failed live coding got an automated rejection email just in a few minutes. Do not recommend.

What have you done at your current and previous projects. Have you designed a DB from scratch etc.
My interview with Andela was a great experience. The interviewers were professional and friendly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They asked thoughtful questions that tested both my technical and problem-solving skills. I appreciated the structure of the interview—it was well-organized and gave me an opportunity to showcase my strengths. It also gave me a good sense of the company's culture and what they value in a candidate. Overall, it was both challenging and encouraging, and I left the interview feeling confident and motivated.

Can you walk us through how you would design a RESTful API for a task management application (like Trello or Asana)?
