I interviewed with Anatomy Financial after being contacted by the company. The CTO expressed interest in my background, and a 30-minute interview was scheduled as the first step. Unfortunately, the CTO did not show up for the interview, leading to a rescheduling. The quick 30min interview to be followed by a take home assignment. What CTO told me during this interview and company told me were different as to where they were in the hiring of this role! Ultimately, I was turned down without ever receiving the take-home assignment. I might have wasted my time interviewing. Hope they care about their employees and applicants! During the interview process, I failed to notice good leadership from the company.
