I applied online and was contacted a month later. I had a screening call with the recruiter that went great and she passed me on to the hiring manager. It only took about 45 seconds on the phone with the hiring manager for him to tell me they were only considering candidates with 8+ years experience in financial planning. I do not have that and made no attempt to make anyone believe that I did. The hiring manager basically spent the next 30 minutes telling me that I wasn’t qualified for this role but that “maybe” he could talk to some people to find a fit in some lesser capacity. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to fight back and sell myself or just wait for him to decide to end the interview. In the end it was a waste of my time and a very uncomfortable phone call—not sure why the hiring manager chose to call me if he obviously had no intentions of moving forward.
Smooth and fair interview process. It was multiple rounds ending with a panel. Overall, it was fair and similar to other presales. roles. Be prepared to handle off the wall questions and objection handling. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I went through a four-stage interview process, concluding with a panel interview. Each stage required approval to progress. The final panel included a presentation and demo based on a use case, a situational discussion, and follow-up questions from the panel.
