Rick Ansell (recruiter) got in touch with me via LinkedIn around 2 years before I finished my uni degree. He kept in touch throughout the rest of my degree and even convinced me to go to a networking event that they hosted! When I finished my degree he set me up with an interview in L3, which included 2 technical interviews (these involved using RegEx) and 3 1-1s with different managers/coworkers. Once I passed these interviews I had to wait 3 weeks for a background check to go through. Big shout out to Rick; he is an amazing recruiter with a lot of energy and was very helpful with guiding me through the interview process, and showed me just how amazing the company is! He stuck with me through my time at uni, making sure not to lose contact.
