I was called by a consultancy agent , he informed me that i am shortlisted and ADI team would like to have a F2F interview with me. I have 3.5 years of overall experience. The reporting time was 9:45 a.m. i reached early at 9:00 in the morning. Waitied for almost an hour. A person (cannot tell the name) came and asked my name for confirmation. Then he took me to the interview room and asked me to wait for few minutes. After that he came with his laptop, pen and some paper. One thing i did not like was his face expression. He was somewhat serious and frustrated. He read my resume in the interview room. He felt i dont much of relevant experience for the job I'm applying for. I had worked with ARM architecture and stuff for 1 year.This could have been informed earlier!!!!...and what's the point of reading my resume in the last minute??? He asked me a question to generate a output clock which will go high for 1 clk cycle for every alternate rising edge of input clk. I had not revised flip flops and their operation extensively. He didn't communicate well or give clue while i was solving the problem. I was asking him questions and he was somewhat frustrated. After that he asked me many questions w.r.t UVM which included virtual interfaces, config db, use of classes instead of modules, UVM advantages,scoreboard, analysis port etc He asked me to write a scoreboard for a parallel input to serial output encoder. There was no smile on the interviewer's face . The way he treated me was not so good ( since it's a MNC and well known company). The interview was scheduled form 10 a.m to 3 p.m. But, just after an hour . He said "I'm done with you, you can leave now" They don't even respect someone's precious time. It was communicated that it will be a full day process. I thought it will have mutiple rounds He did not ask anything much. I was so prepared for this interview from past 2 days. All my preparation went in vain. I feel the interviewer should learn some manners.

Scenario based , problem will be shared , understand and answer the question . Example some diagram will be shared and say that how will you identify the issue. Especially how will you debug.
