I applied online and HR called me back about a week or so later. Scheduled for an in person interview with a nurse manager. She asked me every question twice, which gave me the impression she really wasn't listening to me. Kind of off putting when you're supposedly short staffed for nurses and looking to hire people. The hospital was clean, just didn't get a very good vibe from the nurse manager. Probably worked out for the best.
