The people who interviewed me were not very talented in technology. I don't have lots of knowledge about the technology so they can't decide who is the best. After the first interview, I convinced them you need a data engineer instead of just a power BI manager since they don't have any managing your pipeline at the backend. They listened to my advice and changed the role and job description. But they didn't hire me in the end.
