The interview process was in-person and over multiple rounds, discussing both technical and interpersonal skills and experiences. The process was smooth and done over a reasonable timespan. All interviewers were friendly, transparent and clear about what they were looking for and why - all in all a pleasurable experience. The only constructive point I would add is whether there were too many rounds of interview. Questions and discussion topics were occasionally repeated, and a better approach might be to combine two interviewers into one round of interview. But it was commendable that multiple levels of the organisation were interested in finding the right person for the position.
