I went through the recruiter, had 2 rounds of interviews with 2 people each round, then never heard back. I actually reached out to the recruiter twice and it seems like she simply ignored me. The process was never explained to me as far as how many rounds there would be. What I also thought was weird was through interviewing with 4 people I have no clue if I ever interviewed with my future manager. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was around the holidays, but after not hearing back from the recruiter it was clear there was either a lack of communication or their process is just not very structured.
