Really unorganised had to walk to two different branches for a trial shift and interview. HR and area manager are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Fellow staff are also unhelpful. Interview itself is quite easy
Made me travel to three different stores in one day just to do a trial shift and an interview. I had to get a train and two buses. Management do not care about this issue.

The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was very simple. They asked me to talk about myself and why I wanted to work for Amorino. I was hired the same day

We met at the main office. And the HR manager asked me about my work experience, my skills, she explain me everything about the job, schedule, salaries etc and then she also ask to me if I had special needs. Everything was super correct and clear.
