Four people interviewed me. It was an incredibly short interview process, maybe no more than ten or fifteen minutes long, and there were no major curveballs thrown -- they were exactly the types of questions that you would expect for your position. Have a good knowledge of the position beforehand.

The process was smooth and short and friendly, it was a 3 man panel, just two asked questions and was asked about team work, availability and if I had any questions to ask them.
Very friendly process. They helped me to relax and understand everything about the job position. They were also political correct. It took me no longer than half an hour. There was only one interview.

Normal internship interviews as all other NGOs, will ask about questions regarding human rights laws and acts, colleagues are all very nice and dedicated. Friendly working atmosphere and makes one feels like home.
