Phone Interview, HR Interview, Leadership Interview, Group Interview and Director Interview. Its a 2 week process, the interviews are intimidating because you never think you would be asked so many questions from people that know what they are doing.

First I did a short phone interview and then I received an email a few days later to come in for a face to face interview. The interview was very professional. First I interviewed with the lead for the department I applied for, I was asked questions related to the job functions for that particular position. Then I interviewed with the HR manager. The whole process was about an hour long.
