Interview was fair and pleasant. However there was confusion about which job I was interviewing for. I had applied for two, hired for the lower position but expected to do the work of the more senior position. Felt like a bate and switch.

The interview process was smooth, organized, and efficient. I had an engaging, insightful, and enjoyable conversation with the team, who were professional, welcoming, and approachable, making the overall experience very positive and encouraging.
