Very amicable, agreeable interview process. Company took great efforts to convince me to join even knowing I was very reluctant to make the move. Process was surprisingly quite informal and only required interviews with 2 people.

Q: Why did you apply for two different types of positions?
Thorough and pragmatic use of virtual rather than insisting on face to face. Cross functional panel which gives a good opp to speak to a range of people that you would be working with closely. Mix of more structured competency style interviews as well as less formal chemistry conversations.
