Applied through University career fair . An interview was scheduled in about a month time ( Nov 2019) with a non technical manager . The interview was mostly behavioral questions about the projects that we have worked on and the experience we gained from them and they go through your resume to assess your skills to get a better understanding of where you will fit in .
