It was a contract position. I was referred by a friend and contacted by the supervisor, called for an on-sight interview. The interview was for an hour. It was easy but good experience. I Was offered the position within a week and asked to mail the document to arrange for sponsorship. The offer was withdrawn 4 days before the start date mentioned on the offer letter. Reason: "Amgen is unable to bring you on due to not being able to find a sponsorship". PS: By the time Amgen withdrew its offer I had already rejected two other offers.
