Amgen asks majority of behavioral questions and about your different projects and work experience from your resume. They give you some situations and asks you how would you respond to that situation. They even ask questions which focuses on leadership qualities and team work

I interviewed at Amgen on November 5, 2019 on-campus. It was a behavioral interview. Although the position was for a software engineer, the interviewer was a business analyst. I emailed them, but I never heard back from them. I was not expecting this from a big bio-tech company like Amgen
