HR scheduled a 15 minute phone interview with an engineer. Was brought into the office for an in person interview. There were four employees at the conference table and each asked their questions. Whole process took about 2 weeks.

The whole process took about two weeks. First was called for a phone interview. This was just a short call for the interviewer to get to know me, my experience, and why I wanted to work at AMEWAS. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview about a day later. This interview focused on my past technical experience and if that experience would be sufficient for the position. Everyone that I met was friendly and genuine. It was easy to relax and to be myself in the interview. I was called a few days later by HR, and accepted their offer.
