The asked about what I did at my current role and what I would like to do or be in 10 years from now. I explained my experience in Telecom and with Towers located in Brazil since that was my expertise. My experience spoke for itself so the interview process was easy for me but for other people it might be a lot tougher with some technical questions added as well.

Panel style interview with straight forward questions. A couple of technical questions related to structural engineering.Overall the process went smoothly and waiting to hear back from the company. Interviewers were nice and easy to talk to.
Multiple remote, video call interviews. Multiple interviewers, in a “group” setting, asking an array of questions from engineering related questions, to process and project related questions. Prior experience was discussed.

Walk through the resume. Explain previous experiences. overall presentation of company.
Overall contents of interview was professional. However, HR person literally yawned 20 times during 10 minutes interview which made the whole interview very uncomfortable. She must had really good party last night.
