One of their HR representatives emailed to schedule a phone interview, but it never happened because she kept rescheduling it at the last minute. She would email me 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time to reschedule, and it went on and on. After putting my life on hold for her for a while, she stopped responding to my email. Never called me either.

The interviewer had difficulty in explaining how the actual position worked, so it was hard to ask questions and talk about it. Standard phone screen consisting of background basics.
