Chaotic, unorganized, and simply a waste of time. 3 rounds of interviews the company had no idea what they wanted or had any business structure. Owner and CEO ghosted me on final interview as he decided he did not want an EA or that position anymore and has since made 4 or 5 new applications on indeed for various positions similar to this. I believe the company is intentionally not hiring and collecting resumes or just wasting time for some ill intended reasons.
