I had spoken to the team lead, and he asked me many questions about my CV and work experience. He also shared a lot of his experience in managing people. It seems he does not believe people will work proactively, and therefore requires his frequent attention.

A zoom meeting took about 30 minutes with an assessment sent after the interview. Never got an interview result but I think I failed in the first round. The second round would be an on-site interview.
