After they receive your resume and they are interested, they will email/call you to setup a phone interview. You will usually have a phone interview with both the CEO and the President of the company. By this point they already know you are qualified and capable of flying, so they focus on your qualities as a good person and if you stand out to them. Their main concern is that you will honor and fulfill the one year commitment and can endure living in crappy Midland, TX during that time without leaving early, which really hurts them as a company.
