The interview process was very detailed and really helped put the career in sharp focus. They discussed in detail what they sell, how they like to sell it and how you get paid. Also went over the candidate selection process and what to expect during each stage.

They do 2 initial phone calls for about 15 minutes. They run through a quick parapgraph about the position and then if interested they move you on to the next person which is a mange or supervisor or some kind.

Fairly straightforward. Simple interview questions for those with sales experience. Having your life insurance license before the interview pushes you through the hiring process. The District manager is a great boss and made the process easy.
