I took a Personality assessment onsite right before interview. My interview was with five supervisors at once. The personality assessment was to see what area they would be able to put me in if hired. During interview they asked if I would be willing to come back to take a 3 hour assement test over math, English, and mental readiness. I've followed up on interview by calling them and was told by Human Resources they would let me know once the supervisors have made a decision.
