I submitted my CV via a mainline pilot hiring website, and was contacted by HR shortly thereafter. The HR director asked some basic qualifying questions and was able to answer most of my questions. This was followed by a phone and personal interview with the Chief Pilot, a drug test, as well as a tour of the Reno base. I received an offer letter a week later.
