this process was over rated 5 different interviews with three people. once you get the interview there are close to 20 others on the room, I got offered a sales position, i did take because I needed to job at the time. I quit the a few weeks later the Redmond office called me asked me to come in for an interview I did the guy ( who is no longer there) explained that the position is base paid at 11.85 an hour however, commission pay is what I will be getting if I hit over the base pay... they wanted me to interview with 3 people for 11.85 an hour I told him no thanks, I'll keep looking else where. He called me back 30 minutes later offer me the job. I took it worked hard and made way more than the base pay..
