The initial appointment I was met with about 20 other candidates and we all watched a film telling us who they were and what they do and what we were there for. I was sold! I was then interviewed one on one and got to ask questions and answer some. It was a delightful, relaxed interview. I was then told I would be "fast-tracked" to an interview for the next day with my potential mentor. I met with him the next day and it was very scary for me! He was tough and serious and I was very nervous but did my best because I REALLY wanted the job! At the end when he hired me, his demeanor completely changed into one of 100% support and encouragement! Whew! I felt I had accomplished something. Did I?...

Why should I hire you when I have plenty of candidates who are experienced and already have licenses?

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
