I did not apply for this job. They called me out of the blue for a phone interview. The only question asked was what type of work was my last job. My answer was "basic office work". From that they wanted me to come in the following day for an interview. After checking with Glassdoor I decided not to go, that I would be wasting my time. Thank you Glassdoor for your help.

Entrevista
The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
