And if approved then will be seen in a second interview. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming to the company. But was a little misleading information prior to the interview, as the recruiter had limited information about the positions. Once hired go through licence education, pass state test, apply for license to sell insurance. Then training for position via video and scripts. Then complete a policy and start making real money.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
