This is a scam. Was contacted through ZipRecruiter under the guise of a company called Verb. The first "interview" is a MLM webinar video with 15+ other people. The job title of Benefits Manager wasn't even mentioned. It's a MLM sales position. Beware. I dropped out as soon as I realized what this was.

Applied for Benefits Manager position. Received a request for a Zoom Interview, not too unusual in today's world. Logged in at requested time, and noticed it didn't look like a regular Zoom. I couldn't see myself, and wasn't able to locate the microphone. This guy came on and explained that this was their best platform for interviews, and started talking about the company. He referred to me in plural pronouns, which told me that there were several people on the Zoom I couldn't see. It quickly became apparent that this was not a Benefit Manager position, but a commissioned insurance sales job. This is a SCAM. I politely reached out to the first person who contacted me, and professionally expressed my displeasure with the experience. They sent back a nasty response, which just shows the level of professionalism at which the company operates.
