This company is a joke and a scam. I walked in for an interview and they had loud "feel good" music playing with 5 other people in the room filling out applications for the position. We were told that there are 5 steps to the interviewing process and had us walking room to room to interview with different managers...kind of like herding sheep. Towards the end, they had us gather in a room to watch a video explaining their company. Basically, you go door to door selling insurance. I walked out of the presentation after wasting about 2 hours of my life. Don't waste your time and gas driving to their office in Huntington Beach.

They ask generic interviewing questions. I knew something was weird when my interviewer went off on a 10 minute tangent on how much she loves Korean food.

Fantastic, easy to understand. Great job with clarity as to the next steps and where I stood. Great presentation. Great job showing me the field virtually.
Overall a experience I would recommend to anybody else, anytime.

The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
