Went through a 4 step interview process. Got through despite no sales background, which I read is potentially even desirable for certain sales positions so no biggie. The recruiter that interviewed me was competent, obviously worked a lot, and hyped up the company just as well as the corporate videos playing in the waiting area displaying company meetings and Rolex rewards. I'd say my recruiter and the front desk lady are proficient in their work. There is another man working as a hirer there that has been working for less than 3 months. I was already put into his office to watch and learn as a form of training. I could tell he was just following the steps laid before him, and I get that similar vibe from other new recruits. This is a MLM company, no doubt. Made it through on the promise of averaging 60k a year and a 40 hour work week to start. They went through their major sales packages, and they do seem like something I would be able to sell. I'm working on studying for the licensing exam, and due to the COVID-19 that exam will be postponed, so I will be out of compensation in the meantime. We will see how that goes once I'm actually in the field. Overall, I'm not sure if I have the utmost trust in my recruiter. But it is clear that the business model works, and that there may be plenty of money to be made. Ethically speaking, the company has not proven anything to me yet, but the people are friendly and I feel comfortable in the workplace. I supposed I will leave an update if there is anything of note. I am frightened by some of the reviews here, but I am in a low risk position in my life to take the time to see if this could be a great job or not. Wishing you all luck in your professional careers. Oh- PS. While watching them recruit other agents (I was there a day when they had almost 100 people scheduled to interview. Apparently they mainly use the office for recruiting purposes. I read that the turnover rate varies from 50%-98% LOL), I was pretty much astonished by the low level of skill they permitted certain hires to have. Gives me hope in climbing a lowly competitive pyramid, if I'm going to be frank.
