The first interview is set up as if you are the only one, but you arrive and there are roughly 10 others. Then, even though you sign up for a 15 minute interview, they take you into a room where you sit and listen to a presentation for an hour and a half that doesn't talk about much other than hypothetical compensation. (It felt like you were being sold a timeshare.) Then, if you move on to the next round, they bring you in and go over the presentation again (mostly hypothetical compensation) and will not be clear with you regarding your questions. I was told over and over that we would get to the work schedule later after I was sure I was prepared to accept the job. I said I was depending on the work schedule, they were finally clear with me that it is mainly a weekend and nighttime job, and I declined the job at that point. The interviewer turned rude and nobody walked me to the door.
