Like most of the people here get a phone call from no where and said that there is an opportunity for me and not tell me anything in detail. I went in the next day and few people already there signing in for interview. I was interviewed by someone (never introduced her title) and ask me few question from a survey thing with rating 1 to 5. Then follow her to a conference room to fill out some questionnaire. The whole group of other candidate seems is from all age group (25-65). After everybody done with their questionnaire, someone step in and start a presentation. the guy introduced his title as a MGA and he has a IT background ( I am kind of wondering why most of the presenter in this type of company has a IT background and bragging about how well they did in the IT world). The presentation is about an hour and then time for some Q & A. The presenter is pretty honest, he talked about how tough is to get a sales (70%+ of time will miss it) and he said we are supposed to pay for any fee associated with the job included but not limit to gas, laptop, business card, license, etc. I was kind of surprise that the presenter is honest compare to the first interviewer who said the weakest agent made 60K a year. By the way, I am over dressed, most people are causal looking. They call for a second interview and pretty much the final one. This time no more question asked and recruiter tried to let me sign the paper and be hired. They offer allowance to cover the gas, training, as well as licensing. Yet, you can only get it if and only if you hit 1200alp/week which you need at least 4 policy.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.
