Basically blow smoke, puff up their pitch to keep the pyramid scheme going long enough to take all of your sales you made even though they tell you 800 a week easy.

It was a three part interview, the first part was a standard 1:1 interview, the second part was a group seminar, where an employee of the company would talk about the history and benefits of the company. The third part would be a call back interview which was essentially the same as the first one.
