There were two rounds interviews. Both of them took place at the company's local office. The first one consisted of a presentation of the company, types of the positions and benefits of those positions. The second one was only a brief one on one interview, approximately 15 minutes in total. I received a full time position offer as a sale agent at this newly established branch in Midwest town.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
